I grow American Elderberry at Sunshine Family Farm! I process the syrup by lightly simmering the berries for 15 minutes with organic ginger, cinnamon and whole cloves. I add honey to the warm, filtered syrup after I fill the jars so it retains all of the medicinal benefits!
When you receive your bottle please immediately refrigerate it.
